Hi, I'm Chris Hynes.
I built and run Shenandoah Cabin Rentals. We started back in 2008, when some Page County area listing sites shut down and I needed a place to list my own riverfront properties on the Shenandoah. We've grown since then, but the goal is still the same: provide affordable listings for local properties, with a well optimized site that sends you a lot of bookings and inquiries.

What do SCR listings offer?
Our standard listing is $149/year and includes the following:
- SEO optimized listing page on shenandoahcabinrentals.com.
- Unlimited photos. Show off all aspects of your property!
- Direct email communication with travelers. Get inquiries directly to your email, no need to log in to a dashboard.
- Random inclusion at the top of search results, with the order changed each day.
- Calendar integration with common listing sites and Google.
If you want us to host your website, we offer that for an additional $99/year.
If you're ready to sign up, you can also shoot us a quick email with a link to your listing on a different site and we'll copy over all the information into SCR so you don't have to.
Partners
We're focused on the listing side at SCR, but we're also well networked in the area. If you need property management, website design, or other things done, we can refer you to partners in the area. Drop us a line and we'll put you in touch with the right people.

If you're looking for vacation rental management software, we partner with and are integrated with OwnerRez. If you have an account with them, we provide up to the minute calendars and the capability for guests to book now through your SCR listing.
How does the free trial work?
- No credit card is required for the free trial. Just sign up, set up your listing, and you'll start getting inquiries. Once the 30 day period ends, you'll get a notification and inquiry contact information will be removed.
What discounts are available for multiple listings?

We've got a tiered discount system that applies for all properties as you add more:
- 2 listings – 10% discount
- 3 listings – 15% discount
- 4+ listings – 20% discount
- 10+ listings – 30% discount
How am I billed?
- Everyone is set up on a yearly subscription, starting when your free trial ends. Put in your credit card at that point and we'll get you set up. We use Stripe for credit card processing and subscription management, a very secure and reputable company.
Is there a contract?
- Nope! Cancel at any time and you won't be billed for your next yearly subscription.
