Shenandoah Solitude is a beautiful vacation cabin, nestled in the woods, with a beautiful 20-mile view of the Shenandoah Valley, Blue Ridge mountains and mighty Shenandoah River. While large enough to fit groups of 8, this cabin is cozy enough to make you feel warm and comfortable. You'll forget all about work, traffic and everything back home. I guarantee you won't want to leave - we never want to!
The cabin offers 3 private bedrooms, 2 full baths, modern amenities, complete privacy and seclusion, a paved driveway, a hot tub and flat-screen TVs. There are no neighbors in sight no matter where you stand on the property.
A king bed, two queen beds and a full-sized sleeper sofa will comfortably sleep 6 and we have additional bedding for a max of 8. The kitchen offers modern fixtures and ample space with oven, refrigerator and microwave. If you'd rather cook outside, we've got you covered with both gas and charcoal grills.
At night, sit with your friends or loved ones in the hot tub while looking out at the lights of the valley or stars above. On rainy days, there is still plenty to do inside. Watch high-definition TVs with satellite channels, play board games, read books or hang out around the fireplace. There is a landline phone with free local and long distance calling. We are working on installing internet (should be ready in first quarter 2019).
Enjoy stunning mountain views and sunrises from the covered decks. Make a huge campfire and tell stories with your friends late into the evening hours!

Please take your trash with you. There are maps and signs in the cabin telling you where to go to do that! ( we dont have a scheduled trash service ) The house manager can take them for a tip $5 per bag
